Shipping Rates

We offer Complimentary Shipping on all orders.

Order Processing and Delivery

Orders are generally processed within 1-3 business days.

We use UPS and USPS as our delivery partners. The normal delivery time is between 5 – 9 business days. For some items Expedited delivery may be available at an extra charge.

Occasionally, the shipping within the US may take 10-15 days due to extreme weather conditions or delays in flight. While these circumstances are out of our control, we make sure you are kept up to date on the order status.

Modify the order

Please let us know within 2 hours of your order placement in case of any changes to the order. Cancellation of any order will be processed according to our cancellation policy. In any other case, please contact our support team at: support@lexzington.com

Please note, once your order has been shipped, it cannot be modified or cancelled. If you wish to return the product, we request you to wait until you receive the product and follow the product’s return procedure as mentioned in our Return policy.

Item not received

If the item’s tracking status says Delivered and you have not received the package. We request you to please contact the shipping carrier using the tracking details. The carrier will assist you hunt down your package. Once the package leaves our facility, we have no control over it.
