Order Cancellation Policy
Please read the cancellation policy very carefully as this can be crucial when processing your order’s cancellation.
Please note the following charges are applicable on all orders.
- Payment gateway charge.
- Service & Order Handling Charge = $19.90 or 5% of the total amount (whichever is less).
Please note: Payment gateway charge depends on the type of credit card that is used (for example, the fee for a MASTERCARD can sometimes be different from the fee for an American Express card).

Return and Refund For Jewelry Items and Watches
All sales for Jewelry and Watches are final.
Return and Refund For Handmade Knives
All sales for handmade knives are final.
Shipping Instructions For Customers Returning Their Items (Handbags Only)
If you wish to return your purchased item, please make sure the original swing tags are still attached and the item is in its original condition and packaging. All items (excluding Final Sale) are eligible for an exchange or refund within 7 days from the receipt.
In case of returning the item, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide you instructions on returning the item. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customers. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Therefore, we request you to please make sure the return shipment is insured and track able. We highly recommend using UPS services. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Change Of Mind
Change of mind orders will be processed as per our cancellation policy and its Refund will be processed as per our Refund policy mentioned below. The change of mind policy is not applicable on any handmade knives orders.
Exchanges (If Applicable)
We allow exchange for unused, non-personalized item(s). Please contact our customer support using the email.
“Final Sale”
Items listed as “Final Sale” cannot be refunded, returned or exchanged. All sales of such items are final.
Refund
Once your returned item has been received by Lexzington, our quality inspection team will inspect the product thoroughly.
If a buyer returns an item, it should be returned in the same condition in which it was received, and it should include all items that were sent in the original packaging initially.
If the returned item is found to be used, damaged, or missing any parts, or is damaged during return shipping because it was not packaged correctly, Lexzington might provide a partial refund to account for the loss in the item’s value.
If the returned item(s) passes our inspection, we will notify you on the refund status. Your refund will be processed on the next payment run and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or the original method of payment.
Depending on your payment method it may take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement.
We cannot provide a refund for any item you sent if it gets lost in-transit, please contact your carrier for insurance claims.
Please note: Payment Gateway charges are non-refundable.
Late Or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)
If you have not received the refund within 10 business days after we have processed it, please check with your bank or the credit card company. In some cases, it takes additional time before your refund is officially posted.

Shipping Policy
Shipping Rates
We offer Complimentary Shipping on all orders.
Order Processing and Delivery
Orders are generally processed within 1-3 business days.
We use UPS and USPS as our delivery partners. The normal delivery time is between 5 – 9 business days. For some items Expedited delivery may be available at an extra charge.
Occasionally, the shipping within the US may take 10-15 days due to extreme weather conditions or delays in flight. While these circumstances are out of our control, we make sure you are kept up to date on the order status.
Modify the order
Please let us know within 2 hours of your order placement in case of any changes to the order. Cancellation of any order will be processed according to our cancellation policy. In any other case, please contact our support team at: support@lexzington.com
Please note, once your order has been shipped, it cannot be modified or cancelled. If you wish to return the product, we request you to wait until you receive the product and follow the product’s return procedure as mentioned in our Return policy.
Item not received
If the item’s tracking status says Delivered and you have not received the package. We request you to please contact the shipping carrier using the tracking details. The carrier will assist you hunt down your package. Once the package leaves our facility, we have no control over it. If you still need any further assistance, please email us at support@lexzington.com. Our support team will be happy to assist you.
